REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is carried out individually and exclusively online by each participant, whether for onsite or remote participation. Registration requests will be approved online by the Registration Focal Points (RFP) of entities/organizations entitled to participate in the selected meeting(s). To access the registration form, each participant must have an existing ITU user account (IUA). If you do not currently have an IUA, you can create your account following the steps below.

Step one: Create your user account (IUA)
To create your user account click here.

Information on how to create the account is available here. Contact us if you are not sure about your organization’s membership status. Once you have created your IUA and you have your username and password, come back to this web page and follow Step two.

Step two: Complete the registration form                                 
Once you have created your user account, you can submit your online registration form. If you need remote participation and/or visa assistance (when available), please make your request directly online. Your request must be validated by your Focal Point (RPF), or by the ITU Secretariat if you a non-member attending Open Consultation meetings. The list of RFPs (TIES access) is available here.

If an event is held fully virtually, remote participation is automatic, so will not appear as a separate option on the registration form.

Information for Registration Focal Points
A Registration Focal Point (RFP) is officially designated by an ITU Member Administration or organization to act as the central contact person for all registration matters for that Administration or organization.  As Registration Focal Point, you should already have a user account or TIES access. If you have forgotten your password, go to create your user account and click on “Forgot password?” Contact us if you have any difficulties.

Registration Focal Points can:

View the list of delegate registration requests made for their Administration/organization and validate (or) each registration via this link.
Register for an event by completing the registration form – confirmation is automatic for RFPs.
