We’ve put together some useful information to help make sure your stay is enjoyable and runs smoothly.

Workspace
Dedicated workspaces for delegates can be found in the Tower -2 conference concourse at the Cybercafé, individual work pods opposite the Popov room, and in the Montbrillant lobby.
Meeting spaces can be found on the Tower -1 level, next to the stairs leading down to -2 conference concourse, and in Varembé close to the Main Cafeteria. Please contact Room Management services (room.management@itu.int) to assist you with booking.

Catering
The Main Cafeteria in Varembé is open from 0730 to 1130 hours for breakfast, snacks and hot drinks; and between 1130 to 1400 hours for hot food. Snacks and hot drinks are served until 1630 hours.
Newly reopened in 2025 will be the Tower 15th floor cafeteria; hot food and snacks will be served from 1130 to 1330 hours.
A snack bar will also be available in the Tower -2 conference concourse, open from 0830 to 1400 hours.

Other amenities
Lockers are available in the Tower -2 concourse, as well as Tower and Montbrillant lobbies.
