We’ve put together some useful information to help make sure your stay is enjoyable and runs smoothly.

Workspace
Dedicated workspaces for delegates can be found in the Tower -2 conference concourse at the Cybercafé, individual work pods opposite the Popov room.
Please contact Room Management services (room.management@itu.int) to assist you with booking meeting spaces.

Catering
The Main Cafeteria in Varembé is open for breakfast, snacks, and hot drinks from 0730 to 1130 hours, and hot food from 1130 to 1400 hours. Snacks and hot drinks are served all day until 1630 hours.
Newly reopened in 2025, the Tower 15th floor cafeteria is serving hot food and snacks from 1130 to 1400 hours. Delegates can pay here with the new paying system and with the QR code.


A snack bar will also be available in the Tower -2 conference concourse during the second week of the Council (23-26 June), from 0900 to 1130 hours and from 1500 to 16.30 hours.

Outdoor seating is also available on the Helipad, outside the Red Door entrance.

Water is available from dispensers in Tower-2 and elsewhere around ITU. Delegates are reminded to bring their own water bottles to support the Union’s sustainability initiatives, or to purchase one from the Bookshop, vending machines or cafeterias.

Other amenities
The Red Door entrance will be open for already registered delegates from 0800 to 1800 hours.

Lockers are available in the Tower -2 concourse, as well as Tower and Montbrillant lobbies.
