Protocol services

Coffee breaks, lunch-time gatherings, and evening receptions at the Council are highly appreciated occasions where participants connect, network, and refresh between meeting sessions.
The ITU Protocol Service maintains and centralizes a social events calendar to coordinate time slot reservations and provide relevant information to Member States. Member States planning to host a social event at the Council are encouraged to contact the ITU Protocol Service at protocol.service@itu.int, as early as possible. The finalized calendar of social events will be published on the Council-25 website closer to the event date.
