Time management plan
The online time management plan (TMP) is available here. Additionally, the TMP for the Plenary meetings is contained in DT/2 and the TMP for the SC-ADM meetings is contained in DT/3.

Activities and sports
Tired of sitting in a meeting room all day and looking to get some exercise? The Staff Council Sports and Leisure Committee is pleased to announce that several clubs would like to welcome delegates to participate in their activities during the Council! Come join the fun, try out a new activity, or participate in one of your favorites. The full schedule is available here.
An open chess session will be held 13.30-14.30 by the cybercafé/delegate space outside of Popov, -2 of the Tower. Drop by for a match or to observe and learn from others.

– Giga Connectivity Centre Inauguration Event, 25 June 2025, 1800 hours. Giga Connectivity Centre – Campus Biotech (9, Chemin des Mines, 1202 Geneva) – Bus transportation from ITU will be available. Please join us for the inauguration of the Giga Connectivity Center, as part of an initiative by the ITU and UNICEF to provide support to countries to connect every school to the internet. This event is co-hosted by Switzerland and Spain.

AI Workshop for Councillors
