Decisions during Council sessions will be taken in the Plenary by the delegates present in the room.<br><strong>Remote participation<\/strong> via Zoom is only possible for participants who have registered for the event and is\u00a0<strong>to be requested online via the registration form.<\/strong><br>For webcast access for the CWGs and EGs, please click <a
