\n Registration guidelines <\/h2>\n

\n These guidelines are applicable to Council sessions, but also to Council Working Groups, Expert Groups, Open Consultations and other Council-related meetings.<\/em>

Registration is carried out individually and exclusively online<\/strong> by each participant, whether for onsite or remote participation. Registration requests will be approved online by the Registration Focal Points (RFP<\/strong><\/a>) of entities\/organizations entitled to participate in the selected meeting(s). To access the registration form, each participant must have an existing ITU user account (IUA). <\/strong>If you do not currently have an IUA, you can create your account following the steps below. <\/p>\n

Once you have created your IUA and you have your username and password, come back to this web page and follow Step two<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\n Step two: Complete the registration form\u00a0<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

\n Once you have created your user account and it has been validated, you can submit your online registration form. If you need remote participation and\/or visa assistance (when available), please make your request directly online. Your request must be validated by your Focal Point (RPF). The list of RFPs (TIES access) is available here<\/strong><\/a>.
If an event is held fully virtually, remote participation is automatic, so will not appear as a separate option on the registration form. <\/p>\n

\n Step to be followed by Registration Focal Points only<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

\n A Registration Focal Point (RFP) is someone who has been officially designated by his Administration\/organization\u00a0to act as conta\u200bct person in order to deal with registration matters regarding his Administration\/organization. These Administrations\/organizations\u00a0must be part of the\u00a0ITU Membership<\/strong>\u200b<\/a>.
As Registration Focal Point, you should normally already be in possession of your user account or TIES access. If you have forgotten your password, go to the “create your user account<\/strong><\/a>” link and click on “forgot password”.\u00a0

Registration Focal Points can<\/strong>\u00a0view the list of delegates’ registration requests made\u00a0under their Administration\/organization he\/she is responsible for, and validate (or reject)\u200b\u00a0these registrations\u00a0via this link<\/strong><\/a>. Please note that, for some meetings, registrations can\u00a0be confirmed directly by the ITU secretariat.
